Iconic Patios is proud to represent a large majority of our products that are made in the USA.
All of our products are intended to be free from defects/flaws. If you discover a defect, please submit a warranty claim. We pride ourselves on delivering the kind of customer service that keeps our clients feeling listened to and cared for, building a brand loyalty unmatched in our industry. Our line of products varies in its individual life expectancy, based on use, whether residential or commercial. Our team is available to discuss product warranty for your individual order.
DELIVERY
Our Iconic Patios team understands the importance of a reliable and timely delivery process for your order. We aim to keep in stock some of our most popular items, so we can offer our clients a fast delivery turnaround. For all other items, including special orders, estimated delivery timelines will be provided upon ordering.
Within a 25-mile radius of Orange, California, a flat delivery rate of $105.00 will be charged for all orders, regardless of size. For all orders outside that radius, applicable delivery rates and estimated delivery timelines will be provided upon ordering.
